What it looks for

Proxy upgrades — a contract's logic swapped out from under depositors.

Ownership transfers — the owner role handed to someone else.

Governance downgrades — control weakened, e.g. a timelock replaced by a plain key.

Routine upgrades are filtered out. Changes routed through a known timelock or multisig are recognized as governance-approved and won't flag you.
